When you are ready to make a booking, please e-mail or telephone to check date availability. You can then print off a copy of our Booking Form for completion. (if you encounter any problems printing off the form, please let us know and we will send you one).
For safety reasons, please ensure you include the names of all of the members of your party on the booking form. Casa Rosa sleeps eight people comfortably. If your party has more than eight people (maximum ten), please include the additional names on the booking form for safety reasons. If there are any changes to names or numbers of your party, please inform us on arrival.
Please advise at the time of booking if you require a cot or high chair.
The Party Leader is responsible for ensuring that the Booking Terms and Conditions
are adhered to by all members of the party.
How and when
to pay
Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the
total rental cost is required at the time of booking. This payment to be made
by cheque.
Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you when your deposit has cleared,
giving details of the remaining balance and the latest date for making this
payment.
Balance: The remaining balance must be paid no later than eight weeks before your arrival date. If the remaining balance is not paid at this time, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
For bookings made within eight weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
SecuityDeposit: A security deposit
of £150 is payable at the time of your arrival. Casa Rosa will be inspected
before your departure and any damage/breakages must be paid for. We reserve
the right to deduct the amount appropriate to cover any such damage/breakages
from the security deposit paid. If damage/breakages exceed the security deposit
paid, the outstanding amount must be paid within seven days of your departure.
Your security deposit will be refunded in full on the day of your departure
if there are no such damage/breakages.
Clients must always notify the owner or property manager of
any damage to the property or it's contents and leave the property clean and
in good order. In the event of any emergency affecting services to the house,
access must be allowed for repairs to be carried out.
Cancellation
charges in respect of property rental.
Up to 8 weeks before commencement of holiday - forfeit of deposit.
Within 8 weeks of holiday - the total cost will be forfeited.
General
information
Cot linen is not provided. All other linen and towels, with
the exception of swimming towels, are provided for up to eight guests. Bed
linen is changed weekly and towels are changed every three days.
Casa Rosa will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival. We ask that you are ready to vacate by 10am on the day of your departure to allow preparation for incoming guests.
We strongly advise all members of your party to take out adequate travel
and personal accident insurance before travelling to the Algarve
Securing
your Booking
Once you have made a provisional booking, please post the completed
form together with your deposit to us within 7 days.
Additional
note
If you would like to return to Casa Rosa, any additional bookings you
make will be discounted by 10%.
We would also like to offer a 5% discount to any family or friends that make
a booking using your name!!
